Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-10
This Acceptable Use Policy covers every interaction with Genpollar (the “Service”), including text prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and account behavior. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of unused credits, and permanent termination.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all content you submit (prompts, reference images, audio, video), all content the Service produces (generated videos and images), and your account conduct—including any attempt to bypass detection.
2. Illegal Use
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Fraud, phishing, or deception.
- Illegal financial transactions or money laundering.
- Circumvention of law enforcement or legal process.
- Network attacks, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
3. Adult / NSFW Content
Genpollar is an AI video and image generation platform. The following content is never allowed:
- Sexually explicit material, pornography, or explicit nudity.
- Sexualized depictions whether photo-realistic, illustrated, stylized, or anime.
- Erotic role-play or sexual chat in prompts.
- Circumvention of detection through obfuscated wording, base64 encoding, or prompt injection.
4. Content Involving Minors
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or abuses minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination, data deletion, and referral to law enforcement.
This applies regardless of format (realistic, illustrated, stylized, anime) and regardless of whether the content was generated intentionally or was an uncontrolled model output. You must not knowingly prompt for or redistribute any child-exploitation content.
5. Non-Consensual Deepfakes, Impersonation, and Portrait Abuse
- Creating non-consensual intimate imagery of any person (real or fictionalized representation of a real person).
- Impersonating a public figure, celebrity, politician, or brand representative for deceptive purposes.
- Misusing a private person’s likeness without authorization, especially in ways that could harass, intimidate, defame, or cause harm.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement
- Using branded logos, trademarks, copyrighted characters, protected artworks, or watermarked stock materials without authorization or a valid fair-use basis.
- Prompting for outputs that replicate a specific artist’s style verbatim when the intent is to misrepresent authorship may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Uploading reference images that you do not own or have a license to use for AI generation.
7. Misleading Political, Medical, Financial, and Legal Content
You must not generate or redistribute realistic portrayals that could reasonably be mistaken for:
- Political endorsements, electoral misinformation, or fabricated news footage.
- Medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or health claims.
- Financial advice, investment recommendations, or market manipulation.
- Legal advice or the impersonation of a legal authority.
8. Content Moderation
Your prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs may be screened by automated moderation systems and may be reviewed by human moderators. You consent to this screening as a condition of using the Service.
Automated detection is not perfect. A false positive moderation block is not, by itself, grounds for a refund beyond what the Refund Policy describes.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
When we detect a violation, we may:
- Reject or stop a generation mid-session.
- Delete generated outputs from storage and CDN.
- Temporarily suspend your account.
- Permanently terminate your account and deny future service.
- Void pending credits and decline refunds as permitted by the Refund Policy.
- Report illegal content to relevant authorities.
The severity and response depend on the nature of the violation. Content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery results in immediate permanent action with no prior warning.
10. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the reference materials you upload, how you use generated outputs, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law. We are not liable for content you produce or distribute.
11. Reporting and Appeals
If you see generated content that you believe violates this policy, or if your account was suspended and you wish to appeal, email support@genpollar.com with:
- your account email,
- a description of the content or moderation action,
- relevant URLs or job IDs if available,
- why you believe the action should be reversed.
We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised policy.
