Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Genpollar (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. What We Collect
- Account information. Email address, display name, avatar, and Google account identifier returned by Google OAuth.
- Generation inputs. Text prompts, parameters (model, resolution, duration), and uploaded reference images, audio, or video that you submit.
- Generation outputs. The videos and images we produce on your behalf, plus job metadata (status, duration, model used, credits consumed).
- Payment records. Pack purchased, USD amount, order ID, payment status, refund status. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled directly by our payment provider.
- Operational logs. IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths, error traces, and webhook delivery records, retained for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- Support correspondence. Emails you send to support@genpollar.com and any attachments.
2. Why We Collect It
- To authenticate you and provide the Service.
- To run AI generation jobs and deliver the results to you.
- To store outputs in your library so you can re-download them.
- To bill credit purchases, process refunds, and prevent fraud.
- To run abuse prevention and content moderation (rate limits, prohibited-content checks).
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Third Parties We Use
We rely on the following service providers. Each receives only the data needed for its function.
- Authentication: Google (OAuth) and Supabase Auth.
- Database: Supabase Postgres (Singapore region).
- Object storage / CDN: Cloudflare R2 for finished outputs.
- AI model providers: fal.ai (gateway) and the underlying model vendors.
- Payment / Merchant of Record: Creem, which handles checkout, card processing, tax, and refunds.
- Job queue: Upstash QStash and Upstash Redis for background jobs and rate limiting.
- Error monitoring: Sentry for crash and exception reports.
- Email: our support inbox host (used for send/receive of support@genpollar.com).
4. Your AI Inputs Are Sent to Upstream Providers
When you submit a generation, your prompt, parameters, and any reference materials are forwarded to the selected upstream model provider so it can generate the output. Generated outputs are returned to us, stored on our CDN, and made available to you. We do not control how upstream providers retain submitted content beyond their published policies; please review their terms before submitting confidential or sensitive material.
5. Data Retention
- Account record: kept while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Generation history: finished outputs are stored in your library indefinitely for paid users; free-tier outputs are kept for 7 days.
- Payment records: retained for at least 7 years to satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.
- Operational logs: retained for up to 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.
- Support correspondence: retained for up to 24 months.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your account and associated personal data (subject to payment-record retention);
- export a machine-readable copy of your data;
- restrict or object to certain types of processing where local law grants you that right.

7. Cookies and Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may use first-party analytics or product telemetry to understand aggregate feature usage; if and when third-party analytics are introduced, this section will be updated and a cookie notice will be presented at first visit.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@genpollar.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach materially affects you, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be surfaced in-product where appropriate.
